We got a room with a bathtub.

Our room was very spacious and amazing, including a spa bath and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep, with the convenience of having an electric kettle and fridge available.

The place had a pleasant atmosphere. The location was favourable, within short walking distance to Fuente de los Frailes.

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a fairly nice area, so close to restaurant, the main bars and restaurants, and Puebla. Had great experience, the room I stayed in was clean with the spa bath and very good beds, as example. The people working in the property were amazingly great and polite.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of dining options, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room service and laundry service were very convenient, and the shuttle service made getting around very easy. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the fact that there was a pool and sun terrace available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was well-appointed with everything I needed, from an in-room safe to an electric kettle and mini-bar.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is super close to restaurants, the city center, and all the main spots. We even went to a restaurant nearby, Cielo Tomillo, for dinner.

I had a fantastic view from the roof terrace at JF Grand. The peaceful surrounding area was perfect for a morning run. The staff were professional and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
