All fine, but breakfast chaos

The hotel was architecturally beautiful with a spacious room that fit our family perfectly. The staff was approachable and caring, which was a relief traveling with our dog. I enjoyed the lovely presentation of food in the restaurant. it was not only nice to look at but also tasty.

In my wife’s opinion, more kids-friendly activities would be great.

Perfect for family trips

The staff was unbelievably friendly and they really went out of their way to make sure our 4 kids felt at home. We enjoyed a special dinner at the rooftop restaurant that had live music and an amazing sunset view, none of us wanted to leave.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly worth it for the experience.

The Executive Double Room exceeded expectations with its spacious layout and clean environment. Friendly staff made for a welcoming experience, with great food options, including delightful bread toasts. However, the hotel showed signs of aging, and the lack of hair conditioner was a bit inconvenient. While the location was generally good, the steep incline outside proved challenging to navigate at times.

The room offers ample space with an impressive tiled floor and a modern aesthetic. Its architectural design stands out, especially the elevator overlooking the stunning open reception area.

The rooftop access shuts down by 10:00 PM, which is a shame given the amazing night views of the area. Breakfast lacks variety, and the coffee situation is disappointing, giving you just a glimpse of what's at the bottom of your cup. The bar's closure means heading out for evening drinks, and the steep incline back can be a workout. On one occasion, hot water ran dry, and central air-conditioning failed, leaving only the fan working.

Had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the delicious omelets and sweet pastries. The room was super clean and cozy, though the bed was a bit firm for my taste.

The homemade sausages at breakfast were a culinary highlight that left me craving more! Plus, the staff was super helpful and the location was spot-on for hitting up nearby bars and restaurants on Juarez Avenue.

While the central air-conditioning being off was a bummer and hot water was spotty, the vibe of the place and the cleanliness really stole the show!

It was just a fine choice for a hurried visit in Puebla with great value for the money. The food presentation in the restaurant was really nice and the taste was good too. Check out the rooftop bar. it closes at 10 PM but offers great views.
